Do you charge sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax only on products sold to Virginia addresses.

What about backordered products?
We do our best to keep track of our inventory, and in most cases, products that are backordered (not in stock) are marked as such or have the buy button deactivated on our product description pages. Sometimes, however, we may run out of an item. If you do order a backordered item that has not been flagged on our website, we will do our best to notify you.  If an item is backordered, for more than 2, or 3, business days we will try our best to contact you to see if you can wait, or make other arrangements.

Are there any extra fees?
No hidden or add-on fees. Shipping fees are displayed with price. The price displayed at checkout is the price you pay.  There are no extra fees.

Stone Garden Gate wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Please notify us within 15 days to return or report any damage (see Return Policy).

Returns Policy
We value you as our customer, and want your shopping experience at our site to be a pleasant one.  Our policy on returns is simple. If a product you purchased from us is not to your satisfaction, you have30days(downloaded products 60 days) from the date you receive it toreturn it for a refund. 

Garden Rocks are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Although unpleasant events such as thesedo rarely happen, please know that we will always do our best to accommodate you. To avoid a restocking fee contact us with a description and dimensions of what you are trying to cover, before you order. We will try to help.

Returns Procedure
We will try to make returning products through Stone Garden Gate as easy
as possible. If you decide to return an item, simply e-mail us at
contact@stonegardengate.com to get a Return Authorization (RA) label. When you have this, repackage your product in the original box, affix the RA label to the box, and ship your product to the address provided on the label. No returns will be accepted  without an RA label.

All packages must be shipped prior to the expiration date on the RA label. Once our distributor receives the item, we'll issue you a full refund.

We will cover the cost of return shipping if the item is damaged, defective, or not
what you originally ordered.

Remember, all returned products must be in their original boxes and in like-new
condition to qualify for a refund. Any accompanying manuals, hardware or
accessories must be returned with the product as well. A restocking fee applies to Garden Landscape Rocks.
